#注意事項
1.本系統是讓曾在本年及前五年內，透過本中心以立案形式向各個政府部門提出問題或意見的市民查詢其案卷的處理進度。
2. 案卷編號是專用於以立案轉介形式處理的個案、以七個字元組成的一組編號，首個字元為英文字母，其餘六個字元均為阿拉伯數字（例：A100000），留有聯絡資料的立案人將會在本中心完成轉介個案給相關部門之後，由本中心另行告知案卷編號。
#Observações:
1.Este sistema permite aos cidadãos que apresentaram no corrente ano e nos últimos anos questões e sugestões aos serviços públicos através do Centro de Informações ao Público em forma de abertura de processo, consultar o respectivo andamento.
2. O número do processo é reservado aos processos abertos para efeitos de encaminhamento e é composto por sete caracteres, sendo o primeiro uma letra e os restantes seis, números árabes (por exemplo: A100000). O CIP informará o utente que forneceu os seus dados de contacto o número do processo aberto pelo CIP, após o seu encaminhamento ao respectivo serviço público.
#Points to note:
1.Members of the public who have raised questions or given comments to the various government departments in form of establishing a case file through our Centre in the present year and within the previous five years may check the progress of their files through this system.
2.The file number is a set of seven-character numbers for use of the cases handled in form of establishing a case file and referral. The first character of the file number is an English alphabet, while the remaining 6 characters are Arabic numerals (e.g. A100000). Person establishing the case who has left contact information to us will be informed of the file number by our Centre after the case has been referred to the relevant department.
